- Generic Rescuer
The adventure park trainer is the staff member who ensures the high quality of the instructors and rescuers within an adventure park. He/she does regular checks of the skills of all instructing and rescue staff. The trainer also holds the responsibility to communicate and instruct any operational changes to all instructing and rescue staff. He or she is also a source of information and support for instructors and rescuers experiencing operational challenges. The trainer organises training days and develops scenarios with real practical application during the running of an adventure park
The adventure park trainer plans training and refreshers as part of the yearly plan of an adventure park. The trainer develops, in accordance with the syllabus, his or her own lesson plans and training subjects and keeps a record of exams and checks of the competency of the instructors and rescuers.
Course details:
Duration : 5 days including examination
Minimum age : 18
Maximum number of participants : 10
Required experience: All participants must hold a valid Rescue certificate.
