PERIODICAL INSPECTION

All ropes courses and adventure facilities must undergo periodic inspections to ensure ongoing safety, compliance with standards, and protection of users and staff. 
A periodic inspection is a comprehensive, qualified assessment carried out by a trained and experienced inspector at defined intervals.

When to Inspect? 

Periodicla inspections are required each calander year, 

Who to Inspect?

The inspection body needs to be fully certified for the scope of the inspection​. 

Certification

The Periodical  inspection should be carried out in accordance with the EN 15567-1

Visual inspection

A visual inspection of all components of the structure at.

Structural integrity

Full structural stability assessment whether this is timber poles, steel or tree based

 Documentation

Verify the PPE inspection Log and the Operational and Routine Visual inspection logs

Functional inspection

A functional inspection of all the elments needs to be preformed at height.
